What I was solving
Fennec360 had no website and no system, just WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets, and Calendly links to manage every prospective student. As demand grew across what's now three branches, that meant lost inquiries, no visibility into where a student stood in the process, hours of manual coordination per lead, and no consistent brand identity as more products got built out.
How I approached it
Started with a WordPress site just to get them online, then migrated to a faster custom Next.js build as the business scaled. Built out a full student platform on a CRM extended with 13+ custom modules: self-serve onboarding, automated follow-up, appointment booking, in-platform chat, and payment processing that works for both international and local students. The goal was an all-in-one solution: free immigration eligibility calculators to qualify students early, a destination-aware CV builder, and, since many students arrive without the exam scores or certifications they need, an in-house exam-prep academy and credentialing service. Fennec360 is an ICEF-certified agency and official Duolingo/TOEFL partner, so students never have to go outside the ecosystem to get application-ready. Also built a unified brand system and brand.fennec360.com, a living usage guide, so every product shares one identity. Two-plus years in and still expanding, the same partnership that started with a single website now runs their entire student experience.
