What I was solving
PepsiCo's Algerian digital presence was outdated and disconnected from their local audience. The existing website suffered from slow load times, poor mobile experience, and limited content management capabilities—making it difficult to showcase new products or run regional campaigns effectively.
How I approached it
I designed and developed a modern, headless website that bridges global brand guidelines with local Algerian sensibilities. The platform features a custom WordPress CMS for seamless content updates, edge-cached delivery for lightning-fast performance, and a responsive design that works flawlessly across all devices. The visual language celebrates both PepsiCo's global identity and Algeria's vibrant culture.
